Sealock makes custom dry bags with your logo, colours and packaging for outdoor brands, retailers, promotional distributors and tour operators, produced in our own factories in Dongguan, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Choose from roll-top dry bags of 3 to 63 litres in 500D PVC tarpaulin, TPU or eco-friendly PVC, with high-frequency welded seams, clear windows, purge valves, dry-wet pouches or airtight zippers rated up to IPX8.
Custom logo dry bags start from an MOQ of 300 pieces per design, with printed samples in 7 to 15 days and bulk production from about 20 days. Send your logo and sizes for an FOB quote within 24 hours.

The first step is the brief. Send us the size or sizes you need, the quantity, your logo file, the colours and the market you sell into. A photo of a reference bag is enough if you do not have a drawing. We reply within 24 hours with an FOB price and a recommendation on material, closure and print method.
The second step is the printed sample. We produce your bag with your logo in your chosen colour, normally in 7 to 15 days, and send photos before shipping it to you. You check the size, the print position, the colour and the closure in your own hands.
The third step is approval and production. Once you sign off the sample, it becomes the reference for the whole order. Production on our SL-D002 roll-top takes about 20 days for up to 500 pieces, 25 days up to 2,500 and 30 days up to 5,000. Other models take 30 to 45 days.
The fourth step is inspection and shipping. Every batch goes through welding, leak, print and colour checks before packing, and you can book SGS or QIMA for an independent inspection. Goods ship FOB Guangdong, or from Vietnam if you need Vietnamese origin.

Almost everything. Size and shape can be adjusted from our standard patterns, or a new bag can be developed from a sketch, sample or target specification. Colours can be matched to your Pantone references, including fluorescent shades for water safety and two-tone combinations. The body can be made in 500D PVC tarpaulin for durability, lighter TPU for a PVC-free product, eco-friendly phthalate-free PVC, or GRS certified recycled material.
Closures and features can be specified to suit the use. A classic roll-top with buckle suits most buyers. A clear window lets users operate a phone or read a map. A purge valve lets air out for packing and back in for floating. A removable dry-wet separation pouch keeps wet swimwear apart. An airtight zipper turns a dry bag into a fully submersible IPX8 product. Straps can be single shoulder, backpack style or removable, and D-rings can be added where your customers clip the bag to a boat or a pack.
Packaging completes the product. We supply individual polybags as standard, and can add printed swing tags, header cards, care and closing instruction cards, gift boxes and barcode labels for retail or marketplace sale.
Screen printing is the most popular choice for one to three spot colours. It gives sharp edges, bonds well with ink matched to the bag material, and is the most economical method at 300 pieces and above. Full-colour digital or UV printing suits photographs, gradients and detailed artwork without extra cost per colour. Heat transfer works well for small, detailed logos. A high-frequency welded TPU logo patch is raised and permanent and adds no needle holes. Reflective printing makes the logo visible in headlights and torchlight.
Placement matters as much as method. The top section of a roll-top is folded at least three times each time the bag is closed, so we print logos on the flat body below the fold zone, where they will not crease and crack. Ink is also kept away from the welding margins so it cannot weaken a seam. Every printed batch is tested for adhesion and rub resistance.
Five things set the price: size, material, closure, print and packaging. A 5 litre 500D PVC roll-top with a one-colour logo in a polybag is the entry point. Moving to a 20 litre bag roughly doubles the material. Adding a window, valve or dry-wet pouch adds a component and a weld step. An airtight zipper is the most expensive single upgrade. Full-colour printing and retail packaging add further cost but raise the selling price. Because dry bags ship flat and nest tightly, freight per unit is low. We send a firm FOB quote within 24 hours of receiving your size, quantity, logo and packaging choice.
The MOQ is 300 pieces per design, including your logo. Within one model, you can usually split the 300 across sizes, for example 150 at 10 litres and 150 at 20 litres, and across standard colours. Custom Pantone colours and special materials need their own material run, which can raise the practical starting quantity. A completely new pattern needs a welding die, which we quote separately and openly, and new developments take longer than modifications of an existing model.

Roll-top dry bags rated IPX7 go through a full water-immersion test of two hours or more on sampled units from every batch, closed with three folds. Airtight-zipper designs rated IPX8 are tested the same way. Weld peel tests run at the start of each production run, buckles, webbing and D-rings are pull-tested, and fabric is checked for abrasion, colour fastness and colour difference against your approved sample. Incoming materials, in-line production and finished goods are each inspected. When you inspect the shipment yourself, we follow the full leak procedure our customers use: unboxing, vacuum extraction, a 24-hour static rest, and then the air-leak determination.
For the European Union, our PVC meets the REACH restriction that limits the phthalates DEHP, DBP, BBP and DIBP to a combined 0.1 percent of the plasticised material, and products for California can be supplied without a Proposition 65 warning where no listed substances are present. Third-party test reports are available. Our factories are audited under BSCI, Sedex SMETA and ISO 9001, and GRS certified recycled material is available. For United States buyers, goods of both Chinese and Vietnamese origin have carried the 12.5 percent Section 301 baseline since 24 July 2026, with China-specific Section 301 duties applying on top for Chinese origin, so we can quote both origins side by side at the same specification.
The models below are organised by type rather than priority. Each can be produced with your logo, colours and packaging, or used as the base for a new design.

Our factory MOQ is 300 pieces per design, which can usually be split across sizes and standard colours. For smaller quantities, a local promotional distributor holding stock bags may be a better fit.
Printed samples take 7 to 15 days. Production on the SL-D002 takes about 20 days for up to 500 pieces, plus sea freight of three to six weeks depending on destination.
Yes. We match Pantone references for the bag body, webbing and print. Custom colours need their own material run.
Not when it is printed on the flat body below the roll-top fold zone with a material-matched ink. Every batch is tested for adhesion and rub resistance.
A properly closed roll-top with air inside usually floats. For guaranteed buoyancy we can add a closed-cell foam insert. A dry bag is never a flotation device.
Yes. We develop new designs from sketches, samples or target specifications. New welding dies are quoted separately, and development takes longer than modifying an existing model.
