How We Make and Test It
Each bag starts as cut eco-friendly PVC fabric. We weld the body seams and bond the transparent membrane inside the closure, assemble the carry system for all three modes, and stitch and bartack the removable inner pouch. Before a batch ships, units are sampled for an IPX7 pressure test, the closure membrane is checked for a full seal, and the buckles and carry anchors are pull-tested. The closure membrane and the strap anchors are the two points we inspect hardest, because a bag that carries three ways puts load on places a single-strap sack never does.

How is it waterproof if it has a closure?

Does it float?
