Pump-free, hand-pump and electric travel vacuum bags · OEM from 300 pcs

Sealock manufactures compression bags for travel brands, luggage retailers and corporate gift buyers, including travel vacuum bags that need no pump, bags with clear windows and hand pumps, and electric compression bags with built-in USB-C pumps.

Our compression bags for travel are made from TPU with high-frequency welded seams and waterproof zippers, so they hold their vacuum for days instead of puffing back up overnight like stitched designs.

Every design can carry your logo and retail packaging, including nesting three-piece sets. The MOQ is 300 pieces, samples take 7 to 15 days, and production runs in China or Vietnam.

What Are Compression Bags for Travel?

Compression bags remove the air from packed clothing so it takes up a fraction of the space in a suitcase or backpack. Knitwear, fleece, down jackets and synthetic insulation shrink the most. Unlike fabric compression packing cubes, which squeeze clothes with a zipper, our travel vacuum bags remove the air itself and seal it out, which gives deeper and more consistent compression.

Which Compression Bag Should You Choose?

For travellers who want nothing to break or charge, our vacuum compression packing bag with one-way air valve needs no pump at all and comes in three nesting sizes from 38 by 27 centimetres to 53.5 by 38.5 centimetres. Our SL-P1133 vacuum compression bag with clear window holds about 25 to 30 litres of clothing, compresses it to roughly 14 litres, and includes a small hand pump that screws onto the valve. For the deepest compression with the least effort, our electric compression packing bag has a built-in rechargeable pump, USB-C charging and a digital battery display.

Why Do Welded Compression Bags Stay Flat?

A vacuum bag is only as good as its seams. In a stitched bag, every needle hole lets outside air back in once the bag is under vacuum, and the contents spring back within hours. Our compression bags are formed with high-frequency welded seams, so there are no needle holes, and they close with a waterproof zipper and sealing strip. We test every batch by compressing samples and leaving them for a 24-hour static rest before checking for air leaks, the same procedure our customers use when they inspect a shipment.

Can Compression Bags Be Customised?

Yes. We produce compression bags in your colours with screen printed, embossed or welded patch logos, printed size marks on each bag of a set, branded zipper pulls and retail sleeves or gift boxes. Electric models are supplied with battery test documentation for shipping and for European and United States compliance. The MOQ is 300 pieces per design, and sizes can be combined in one order. Compression bags are often ordered alongside our Waterproof Duffle Bag range, and our article on compression packing bag design for travel brands covers construction and compliance in detail.

Compression Bag FAQ

How do travel vacuum bags work without a pump?

Close the waterproof zipper, then roll or press the bag from the closed end towards the one-way valve. Air escapes through the valve but cannot return, so the clothes stay compressed.

Why does a compression bag puff back up overnight?

Air is getting back in, usually through stitched seams, a dirty valve seat or a zipper that is not fully closed. Welded seams and a capped valve prevent most of it.

Do compression bags reduce luggage weight?

No. They reduce volume only, so a suitcase full of compressed clothing can still exceed an airline weight limit.

Can I take an electric compression bag on a plane?

Our electric bag uses a battery of about 2,000 milliamp hours, roughly 7.4 watt hours, far below the 100 watt hour limit most airlines apply. Always check your airline's rules.

Are compression bags waterproof?

They are splash-, dust- and damp-resistant, which keeps clothes dry inside luggage, but they are not designed for submersion. For water sports, use a roll-top or airtight-zipper dry bag.
