Product Description

Sealock manufactures the Rugged 15L Waterproof Daypack with Ventilated Back and Dual Zip Pockets, model SL-E127, for buyers who want a tough, compact waterproof pack for the outdoors. As a welded waterproof-bag factory, we build the body from heavy-duty 900D TPU waterproof fabric with welded seams and waterproof zippers, so this waterproof daypack shrugs off rain, dust and abrasion in a digital-camo finish. An air-flow ventilated back system keeps your back cool, dual front zip pockets and a side mesh pocket organize your gear, and at just 0.65 kg it stays light for hiking, day trips and the trail.

At a Glance

Tough 900D TPU, IPX6 — heavy-duty welded fabric that sheds rain and wear.

Air-flow ventilated back — a channelled back system that keeps you cool.

Dual front zip pockets — quick-access organization, plus a side mesh pocket.

Light and compact — 15L at just 0.65 kg.

Made in China or Vietnam — dual-base production for flexible sourcing.

Heavy-Duty 900D TPU Waterproof Body

The body is built from tough 900D TPU waterproof fabric — a heavier, more abrasion-resistant laminate than lightweight daypack materials — and welded into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching. Rated IPX6, it keeps out heavy rain, spray and dust through a hard day outdoors, and the waterproof zippers add sealing at the openings. Because it uses waterproof coated zippers rather than a sealed roll-top or airtight zip, it is built for wet weather rather than full submersion, and wipes clean after a muddy trip.

Air-Flow Ventilated Back System

The back panel is an air-flow ventilated system with raised, channelled padding that lifts the pack off your back and lets air move through, cutting the sweaty-back feel of a flat coated pack. Combined with padded, breathable shoulder straps, it keeps a loaded 15L comfortable and cool on a warm-weather hike or a long walk.

Dual Zip Pockets and Storage

Two front zip pockets give quick access to the things you reach for often, kept separate from the main compartment, and a side mesh pocket holds a water bottle or a folded layer. A nylon top carry handle makes the pack easy to grab and hang. It is a simple, practical layout built around a tough waterproof shell.

Lightweight, Secure Carry

At just 0.65 kg the pack stays genuinely light, and an adjustable chest strap with a buckle steadies the load on the move while reflective trim on the straps lifts visibility in low light. It is a compact daypack that carries securely without bulk.

How We Make and Test It

Each daypack starts with cut 900D TPU waterproof fabric. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, fit the waterproof zippers, the air-flow ventilated back panel, the padded straps, chest strap, dual front pockets, side mesh pocket and nylon handle. Before a batch ships, we run a heavy rain and water-jet test appropriate to the IPX6 rating to confirm the welded body and zippers keep the interior dry, and we pull-test the straps, chest strap and handle under load. The welded seams and the strap anchors are the two areas we inspect hardest.

OEM / ODM, Wholesale and Dual-Base Production

As the factory, we supply the SL-E127 for OEM, ODM and wholesale buyers from an MOQ of 500 pcs, with samples in 7–15 days and production in 30–45 days. This model can be produced at either our China or our Vietnam base, giving you flexibility on lead time, duties and country of origin. We customize colours and camo patterns, add your logo, and adjust the pockets and back system. For a custom or wholesale waterproof daypack program under your own brand, send your spec and target quantity and we will quote against it.
