Heavy-Duty 900D TPU Waterproof Body

The body is built from tough 900D TPU waterproof fabric — a heavier, more abrasion-resistant laminate than lightweight daypack materials — and welded into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching. Rated IPX6, it keeps out heavy rain, spray and dust through a hard day outdoors, and the waterproof zippers add sealing at the openings. Because it uses waterproof coated zippers rather than a sealed roll-top or airtight zip, it is built for wet weather rather than full submersion, and wipes clean after a muddy trip.

Air-Flow Ventilated Back System

The back panel is an air-flow ventilated system with raised, channelled padding that lifts the pack off your back and lets air move through, cutting the sweaty-back feel of a flat coated pack. Combined with padded, breathable shoulder straps, it keeps a loaded 15L comfortable and cool on a warm-weather hike or a long walk.

Dual Zip Pockets and Storage

Two front zip pockets give quick access to the things you reach for often, kept separate from the main compartment, and a side mesh pocket holds a water bottle or a folded layer. How We Make and Test It

Each daypack starts with cut 900D TPU waterproof fabric. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, fit the waterproof zippers, the air-flow ventilated back panel, the padded straps, chest strap, dual front pockets, side mesh pocket and nylon handle. Before a batch ships, we run a heavy rain and water-jet test appropriate to the IPX6 rating to confirm the welded body and zippers keep the interior dry, and we pull-test the straps, chest strap and handle under load. The welded seams and the strap anchors are the two areas we inspect hardest.

OEM / ODM, Wholesale and Dual-Base Production

As the factory, we supply the SL-E127 for OEM, ODM and wholesale buyers from an MOQ of 500 pcs, with samples in 7–15 days and production in 30–45 days.
