Sealock manufactures the Roll-Top Waterproof Backpack with Full Wrap-Around Zip Opening, model SL-E229K, for users who want dry-bag sealing without dry-bag frustration. As a welded waterproof-bag factory, we gave this pack two ways in: a roll-top that folds down and clips for a classic waterproof seal, and a waterproof zipper that runs right around the body so the whole pack opens flat. That means you can seal it like a dry bag on the water — then unzip it and reach everything at once instead of digging down through a narrow roll-top opening.

Two Closures, One Pack

The top rolls down and buckles at the sides in the classic dry-bag way, sealing the main compartment against rain and spray. Separately, a waterproof zipper runs around the body of the pack, letting you open the whole front panel wide. Use the roll-top alone for a quick seal on a wet day; use the wrap-around zip when you need to pack properly or find something at the bottom. It is the flexibility most roll-top packs simply do not offer.

You can see everything, pack neatly, and pull out the item at the bottom without unloading the whole bag — the single biggest complaint about traditional roll-top backpacks. Welded Waterproof Construction

The body is high-frequency welded into a seamless shell with a one-piece waterproof lining and no exposed stitching, so there are no needle holes for water to find. The smooth laminated fabric sheds water and wipes clean in seconds. We test every bag before it ships to confirm the welded body and both closures keep the interior dry.

Front Welded Zip Pocket and Lash Points

A welded waterproof zip pocket on the front gives sealed, quick access to a phone, keys or a wallet without opening the main compartment, and a webbing strap with D-rings above it lets you clip on a helmet, light, carabiner or a wet layer. A reflective patch at the base lifts visibility in low light.

A breathable mesh-padded back panel and padded, adjustable shoulder straps spread the load and cut back sweat, an adjustable sternum strap steadies the pack on the move, and a top grab handle makes it easy to lift. Dual side mesh pockets hold a bottle or a folded layer on each side.

How We Make and Test It

Each backpack starts with cut TPU laminated waterproof fabric. We high-frequency weld the body and the one-piece lining into a seamless shell with no needle holes, install the wrap-around waterproof zipper and the roll-top with its side-release buckles, then weld the front zip pocket and assemble the harness, breathable back panel, sternum strap, side mesh pockets, D-rings and reflective patch. Before a batch ships, we test the welded body and both closures to confirm the interior stays dry, and we pull-test the straps, buckles and lash points under load. The welded seams and the wrap-around zipper are the two areas we inspect hardest.
