How We Make and Test It

Each backpack starts with cut 420D TPU laminated fabric. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, install the waterproof zipper and its rain flap, then assemble the laptop compartment, internal organizer, front pocket, side pockets, ergonomic harness and mesh back panel. Before a batch ships, we run a rain and water-spray test appropriate to the IPX6 rating to confirm the zipper, rain flap and welded body keep the interior dry, and we pull-test the straps and handle under load. The zipper seal and the welded seams are the two points we inspect hardest.
