How We Make and Test It

Each backpack starts with cut 500D PVC tarpaulin (or 420D/600D TPU on request). We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, fit the roll-top and side-release buckles, then assemble the padded harness, top handle, side compression straps and front zip pocket. Before a batch ships, we run a heavy rain and water-jet test appropriate to the IPX6 rating to confirm the welded main compartment stays dry, and we pull-test the straps, buckles and handle under load. The welded seams and the harness anchors are the two areas we inspect hardest.
