Front Pocket and Storage Layout

How We Make and Test It

Each backpack starts with cut 420D TPU laminated fabric (or 600D TPU / 500D PVC on request). We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, install the airtight waterproof zipper, then assemble the mesh back panel, shoulder straps, sternum strap, waist belt, front pocket and side mesh pockets. Before a batch ships, we run a rain and splash test appropriate to the IPX6 rating to confirm the zipper seal and welded body keep the main compartment dry, and we pull-test the straps, belt and buckles under load. The zipper seal and the welded seams are the two points we inspect hardest.

FAQ

How is a zipper waterproof?

The welded TPU body is waterproof and the bag is rated IPX5–IPX6, so it keeps out rain, spray and splashes in everyday use. Because it uses a flap closure rather than a sealed roll-top, it is not designed for submersion — it is a rain-and-splash bag, not a dive bag.

Can it be worn crossbody?

Yes. The adjustable, removable strap fits both single-shoulder and crossbody carry.

What can it hold?

Around 8–10L — a tablet, charger, water bottle, wallet and daily essentials. It is built as a lightweight everyday-carry bag rather than a backpack-sized load.
