How We Make and Test It

Each backpack starts with cut cationic-dyed TPU composite fabric. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, install the airtight waterproof zipper, then assemble the shockproof laptop compartment, inner mesh pocket, breathable back panel, padded harness with strap adjusters, D-rings and compression straps. Before a batch ships, we run a full water-immersion test — submerging each sealed pack for more than two hours to confirm the IPX8 seal to its 20 m depth rating — and pull-test the straps, adjusters and buckles under load. The airtight zipper and the welded seams are the two points we inspect hardest.
