Product Description

Sealock manufactures the IPX8 Waterproof Backpack with Airtight Zipper and Laptop Compartment, model SL-E119, for buyers who want a daypack that looks like a normal urban backpack but is genuinely waterproof. As a welded waterproof-bag factory, we seal the main compartment with an airtight waterproof zipper rated to a 20 m depth and build the body from cationic-dyed TPU composite fabric — so this waterproof backpack keeps a laptop and daily gear dry far beyond ordinary rain-resistant packs. Inside is a shockproof laptop compartment and a mesh pocket; outside is a breathable ergonomic harness and a clean heather finish in five colours.

At a Glance

IPX8, waterproof to 20 m — a genuine airtight waterproof zipper, not a rain flap.

Shockproof laptop compartment — padded internal sleeve plus a mesh pocket.

Cationic-TPU heather fabric — clean, urban look in five colours.

Breathable ergonomic carry — mesh back, padded straps, strap adjusters, D-rings.

Everyday 20L size — welded, wipe-clean and light at 0.86 kg.

Airtight Waterproof Zipper, Sealed to 20 m

The main compartment closes with a true airtight waterproof zipper — a sealed zip track, not a coil zip under a flap — and the welded body carries an IPX8 rating with a waterproof depth of up to 20 m. That means it protects your laptop and gear through heavy rain, a drop in a lake or a dunk off a boat, not just a drizzle. It gives you the full-access convenience of a zipper with the real waterproofing of a dry bag. We verify the seal on every unit with a full water-immersion test, submerging the closed pack for more than two hours and confirming the inside stays dry.

Shockproof Laptop Compartment

Inside, a padded shockproof laptop compartment holds a notebook securely against the back panel, cushioning it from knocks, and an inner mesh pocket keeps a charger, cables and small items organized. The clean, structured interior makes this as practical for work and study as it is for the outdoors.

Cationic-TPU Heather Fabric, Five Colours

The body is built from cationic-dyed TPU composite fabric, giving a two-tone heather look that reads as a stylish urban backpack rather than a technical dry bag, while the TPU laminate keeps it fully waterproof and wipe-clean. It comes in five colours — purple, pink, royal blue, silver-grey and dark grey — so a buyer can offer a range across their store.

Breathable, Ergonomic Carry

A breathable air-mesh back panel cuts the sweaty-back feel of a coated pack, padded ergonomic shoulder straps with strap-adjuster buckles spread the load, and D-rings on the straps let you clip on accessories. Side compression straps and a front zip pocket round out a carry system tuned for daily use and travel.

How We Make and Test It

Each backpack starts with cut cationic-dyed TPU composite fabric. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, install the airtight waterproof zipper, then assemble the shockproof laptop compartment, inner mesh pocket, breathable back panel, padded harness with strap adjusters, D-rings and compression straps. Before a batch ships, we run a full water-immersion test — submerging each sealed pack for more than two hours to confirm the IPX8 seal to its 20 m depth rating — and pull-test the straps, adjusters and buckles under load. The airtight zipper and the welded seams are the two points we inspect hardest.

OEM / ODM and Wholesale

As a waterproof backpack manufacturer, we supply the SL-E119 for OEM, ODM and wholesale buyers from an MOQ of 500 pcs, FOB Guangdong, with samples in 7–15 days and production in 30–45 days. Beyond the five stock colours we customize colours, add your logo, and adjust the laptop compartment, pockets and harness. For a custom or wholesale waterproof backpack program under your own brand, send your spec and target quantity and we will quote against it.
