Sealock manufactures the 55L Waterproof Duffel Bag with Airtight Zipper, model SL-C594, for travellers and outdoor users who need a tough, fully waterproof holdall. As a welded dry-bag factory, we build the body from heavy-duty 500D PVC tarpaulin, RF weld every seam with no needle holes, and seal the main compartment with a genuine airtight waterproof zipper — so this waterproof duffel bag holds an IPX7 rating that keeps gear dry through rain, spray and temporary immersion. Two independent side compartments — one on each end, each sealed by its own airtight waterproof zipper — let you separate wet, dirty or bulky items from the main load, and a welded splash-proof front pocket, reinforced webbing handles and an abrasion-resistant base make it ready for the boat, the bike and the baggage hold.

Airtight Zipper, Fully Welded, IPX7

The main compartment closes with a genuine airtight waterproof zipper — a sealed track, not a coated coil zip — and the 500D PVC tarpaulin body is RF high-frequency welded throughout, with no exposed stitching for water to work through. Rated IPX7, it keeps the contents dry through rain, spray and temporary immersion, so a capsize or a wet deck does not soak your kit. We verify the seal on every unit with a full water-immersion test, submerging the closed bag for more than two hours and confirming the inside stays dry.

Welded Splash-Proof Front Pocket

The front pocket is a welded, splash-proof zip pocket — not an ordinary stitched pocket — so a phone, wallet or documents stay protected from rain and spray with quick outside access. It is built to shrug off weather; for full immersion protection, keep valuables in the airtight main compartment.

Two Independent Side Compartments

One compartment on each end of the bag opens on its own airtight waterproof zipper, completely separate from the main space. Use them the way the trip demands: wet swimwear and a towel on one side, boots, tools or a wash kit on the other — without any of it touching your dry clothes in the main compartment. Because each side compartment carries the same sealed zipper as the main opening, what you put in there stays protected too.

Interior: Wide Opening, Easy to Clean

The main compartment opens wide for loading bulky kit, and the interior is a smooth welded waterproof PVC lining — no stitch holes, no fabric to hold moisture, so it wipes out dry after a wet trip. A mesh zip pocket set into the lid keeps small items visible and off the bottom of the bag.

Carry It Your Way

Twin reinforced webbing handles pull together for a secure hand carry, a side grab handle helps you lift and position the bag, and heavy-duty carry straps with a shoulder strap take the load off your hands. Loaded heavy, the twin handles at both ends make a two-person carry easy. The abrasion-resistant bottom takes the wear of being set down on rock, sand and decks.
