As a roll top waterproof duffel bag factory, we weld the body from TPU waterproof fabric and close it with a three-fold roll top, so this waterproof duffel bag keeps water, dust and sand out whether it is strapped to a kayak deck, a motorcycle rack or thrown in the back of a truck. It comes in two sizes and carries three ways, which is why it works equally well as a travel bag, a gear bag and a wet-kit hauler.

Fully Waterproof Roll-Top Construction

The body is high-frequency welded into a seamless waterproof shell with no stitch holes, and the three-fold roll-top folds down and clips to lock out water. Rated IPX7, this roll top waterproof duffel bag holds out spray, rain and the wet of a kayak or boat deck, while keeping dust and fine sand from working into your gear on a dusty trail. How We Make and Test It

Each duffel starts with cut TPU waterproof fabric. We high-frequency weld the body and the reinforced base into a seamless build with no needle holes, fit the roll-top, reinforced handles, detachable strap, front bungee system and reflective panels. Before a batch ships, we run a full water-immersion test — submerging each closed bag for more than two hours to confirm it stays dry inside — and pull-test the handles, strap anchors and base under load. The welded seams and the handle anchors are the two points we inspect hardest, because a duffel is judged on whether it stays dry and survives being thrown around.
