How We Make and Test It

Each backpack starts with cut 500D PVC tarpaulin. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, fit the roll-top and side-compression buckles, then assemble the laptop sleeve, organizer, front zip pocket, mesh harness, bottle pockets and D-ring attachment. Before a batch ships, we run a heavy rain and water-jet test appropriate to the IPX6 rating to confirm the welded body and roll-top keep the main compartment dry, and we pull-test the straps, buckles and attachment points under load. The welded seams and the harness anchors are the two areas we inspect hardest.
