Sealock manufactures the 22L Waterproof Bicycle Commuter Backpack with Laptop Sleeve, model SL-E980, for riders who commute by bike in all weather and still need to walk into an office. As a welded dry-bag factory, we build the body from premium 600D TPU laminated fabric with high-frequency welded seams and a roll-top closure, so this waterproof cycling backpack keeps heavy rain, road spray and dust off a laptop and daily gear. A detachable padded laptop sleeve, a waterproof front zip pocket and a 3D EVA airflow back panel make it as practical at the desk as it is on the ride — all at just 0.95 kg.
Roll-Top Waterproof Construction
The body is high-frequency welded into a seamless shell with no exposed stitching, and the roll-top folds down and buckles to seal the main compartment — roll it further to shrink the pack for a light day, or leave it tall for a full load. Rated IPX6, the welded 600D TPU shell sheds heavy rain, road spray and dust for the wet commute. Because it is a roll-top rather than a sealed dive closure, it is built for wet weather rather than submersion, and wipes clean in seconds. We confirm the seal on every bag with a heavy rain and water-jet test appropriate to the IPX6 rating.
Detachable Laptop Sleeve
The main compartment holds a removable padded laptop sleeve for a laptop up to about 15.6". Keep it in for the ride, then lift the whole sleeve out and carry it straight into a meeting — so the pack doubles as a weatherproof transport case and a desk-ready laptop bag. A waterproof front zip pocket keeps a wallet, keys, phone, cards, earbuds or a passport reachable without opening the main roll-top.
EVA Airflow Back and Cycling Harness
A three-dimensional moulded EVA back panel lifts the pack off your back to move air and cut sweat build-up on a long ride, and reduces pressure points on the walk. Thick foam shoulder straps with breathable mesh padding and adjustable webbing spread the load, an adjustable chest strap keeps the straps tracking while you ride, and side compression straps stabilize the load and stop the bag shifting. A reinforced carry handle makes it easy to grab off a rack.
