Sealock manufactures the 15L / 20L Roll-Top Waterproof Dry Bag with Backpack Straps for buyers who want a proven, fully waterproof dry sack for the water. As a welded dry-bag factory, we build the cylindrical body from professional 0.5 mm 500D waterproof PVC tarpaulin and add our patented closure: the top folds down and buckles in the classic roll-top way, and an inner transparent PVC waterproof membrane seals the opening a second time for better airtightness and a tighter fit. Rated IPX7, this waterproof dry bag protects gear through rain, spray and immersion, carries as a backpack, and floats when sealed with air.
Patented Dual-Seal Closure
Most roll-top dry bags rely on the fold alone. This one adds a second layer: a transparent PVC waterproof membrane built into the opening, so when you roll and buckle the top, the membrane presses flat for a more airtight, better-fitting seal and stronger waterproofing. The design is protected by a registered utility patent (ZL 201520608944.7) and a design patent (ZL 201530303316.3). We verify the seal on every bag with a full water-immersion test, submerging the closed bag for more than two hours and confirming the inside stays dry.

How waterproof is it?
It is rated IPX7 with a welded 0.5 mm 500D PVC body and the dual-seal closure, and each bag is verified with a full water-immersion test of more than two hours. Roll the top down at least three times and buckle it before use.
Does it float?
