How We Make and Test It

Each bag starts with cut 600D TPU laminated fabric backed by a TPU waterproof film. We high-frequency weld the body into a seamless shell with no needle holes, fit the flap and side-release buckle, the adjustable strap, the nylon webbing and POM D-rings. Before a batch ships, we run a water-spray and rain test appropriate to the IPX5–IPX6 rating to confirm the welded shell sheds water and the flap protects the opening, and we pull-test the strap anchors and buckles under load. The welded seams and the strap anchors are the two points we inspect hardest.
