Sealock manufactures the 15L IPX8 Waterproof Fishing Sling Bag with Airtight Zipper for anglers whose tackle cannot get wet — ever. As a welded waterproof-bag factory, we build the shell from 840D double-coated TPU and seal it with a genuine airtight waterproof zipper, giving this waterproof fishing sling bag an IPX8 rating tested to a depth of 20 m. That is submersion protection, not rain resistance: reels, electronics, licences and phones stay dry through a capsize, a wade or a downpour. Around that sealed core we built a complete external attachment system so rods, tools and nets ride outside the bag where you can reach them.
IPX8 Sealing, Tested to 20 m
The main compartment closes with a genuine airtight waterproof zipper — a sealed track, not a coated coil zip — and every seam on the 840D double-coated TPU shell is high-frequency welded, so there are no needle holes anywhere in the body. That combination is what earns the IPX8 rating and a 20 m depth capability, well beyond the splash resistance of an ordinary tackle bag. A moulded waterproof cap protects the zipper end where seals usually fail first, and an orange assist cord gives you leverage to run the zipper closed with cold or wet hands. We verify the seal on every unit with a full water-immersion test, submerging the closed bag for more than two hours and confirming the inside stays dry.
Full External Attachment System
A sealed bag is only useful if you can still reach your gear — so the outside carries a complete mounting system. Adjustable ladder lash straps on the side take a rod holder, a landing net or a rolled jacket; welded D-rings and hook clips give fixed points for pliers, grippers, a lanyard or a retractor; and a hook-and-loop panel on the front takes brand or team patches. Everything is welded or reinforced into the shell, so adding tools never compromises the waterproof body.
Sling Carry with Waist Belt
A wide, padded single shoulder strap with a mesh-faced pad and webbing adjusters holds the bag on your back while you move, then swings it round to your chest in one motion when you need to change a lure. A waist belt locks it against your body for wading and boat work, D-rings on the strap take a retractor or a light, and a reinforced top handle makes it easy to lift into a kayak or onto a rack.
Moulded Ergonomic Back Panel
The back panel is a moulded, contoured pad with an embossed logo detail that follows the shape of your back and holds its form under load, spreading the weight instead of digging in. It gives the bag its structured, upright silhouette — so it stands up on a deck or a bank instead of slumping over.
