How We Make and Test It

Each saddle bag starts with cut 420D TPU laminated nylon and the 600D TPU reinforcement panels. We high-frequency weld the body and base into a seamless shell with no needle holes, fit the roll-top, the dual seat-rail straps, the seatpost mount and the UTX/Duraflex buckles, and add the front bungee. Before a batch ships, we run a full water-immersion test — submerging each closed bag for more than two hours to confirm it stays dry inside — and pull-test the mounting straps and buckles under load. The welded seams and the mounting anchors are the two points we inspect hardest, because a saddle bag is judged on whether it stays dry and whether it stays still.
